Applied Cabling Technologies was established in 2011. Led by master electrician Mike Bleier, it is a respected electrical contractor in the Upper Valley.

Meet The Team
Mike Bleier
Owner – Master electrician
Mike started in the electrical trade in 2003 working in the Upper Valley. While working towards his Journeyman and then Master license he also received training in data cabling. By 2010 Mike had acquired both his Journeyman and Master license along with four certifications for data cabling in both copper and fiber optic design, installation, and troubleshooting techniques. In May of 2011 Mike started Applied Cabling Technologies, LLC. Mike enjoys working on a variety projects that include residential and commercial projects as well as doing work for Dartmouth College. Mike has earned respect around the Upper Valley for doing quality work in residential, commercial, solar, Ethernet cabling, and fiber optic installs.
Angela Jones
Office & Human Resource Manager
Angela is a New Hampshire native, and is currently raising her family in the very community she grew up. She started her management career in her early twenties, owning and operating her own business taking care of the elderly in their homes creating resilient ties in the community. After her son was born, she decided to harness those connections and find a more “9:00-5:00”, mom appropriate employment. Over the next several years she gained experience in business and office management. On March 24th 2020 she joined Applied Cabling Technologies, LLC, and she plans to call it home for many years to come!
Mike Roussel
Lead Journeyman Electrician
Electrician for 21 years
Mike enjoys changing his project types, doesn’t like to stick to the same type of work, and enjoys a challenge.
While in high school Mike enrolled into a residential wiring and electronics course. He stuck with the trade and got his license. In 2013 he became the first employee of Applied Cabling Technologies, LLC.
Alan Collins
Lead Master Electrician: 40 years
Alan (goes by Al). Al got into the electrical field after he took up his father’s suggestion to integrate into the electrical field. Al enrolled into NHVTC in the year 1979 and in two years received his associates degree in industrial electricity. Al has been with Applied Cabling Technologies, LLC sense 2015, and continues to be a strong leader with the knowledge and experience to tackle just about any job. Al’s electrical project favorites include: commercial, industrial controls and auto cad.
